Color sensor install instruction
1. Introduction
- The color sensor code detection function is one of the optional features of our Plastic clear package cylinder package tube boxes making equipment.
- Our standard PVC cylinder tube box making machine is with tube glue sealing function. And we have color sensor/ hole punching/UV lighting/ ultrasonic welding 4 functions that can be choose according to client special request.
- Client could order standard model machine at the beginning and then add these functions & install by their own according to their request in the future when they need this functions
2. Where the color sensor code detect part install
The color sensor is installed in the middle of PVC/PET clear plastic cylinder package tube box making machines.
3. How to install the color sensor in our pvc/PET cylinder package box machine
First, Install the color sensor on machine
Second, Connect three wires
- Black color wire connect X11
- Brown color wire connect V-
- Blue color wire connect V+（any number）
Third, Color recognized setting
Please kindly check video No.2.& No.3(there is laser point when you set)
setting the clear place and turn “off “
setting the yellow place and turn “on”
Fourth,Length setting on PLC
- As drawing, the length of sheet is about 207mm, please set the length to be 195 or 200.
- It is means the color sensor will stop work during 195mm or 200m
- And then start to work to find out the color where is setting “on” before.
